Protection against overbooking
Every unit is assigned only once. If a booking cannot be matched, it stays open at the channel manager and is logged instead of being silently lost. Failed transfers are retried and every connection has a log.
Status and limits
The channel manager is in testing. Availability, rates, minimum stay and booking retrieval have been verified against the Channex test environment. We enable live portal connections with selected properties. Attachments in messages are not yet connected. The channel manager is an add-on and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Do I need my own Channex account?
No. Quartio sets everything up on your behalf, you only work in Quartio.
Which portals are possible?
Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia, further portals via iCal sync.
What does the channel manager cost?
It is an add-on per property. We state the current price in the quote.
What happens during an outage?
Jobs are kept and retried. If a portal has problems you see it in the connection log.
